Not sure why some of the negative reviews below. I've managed to install and create this as a payment alternative in Shopify settings easy enough.
Can't comment much on the sales side of this app as my shop has only just gone live. I've tested the processing of an order and it all seemed alright.
I'm drawn to this type of payment system because of my business type it works much like an artist commisions that require a deposit to start and remaining balance paid on completion.
I'm giving these guys ago because of my target market (Australians) are addicted to lay-buys & those other get now and pay later systems and this gives those people another option.
Not to be rude towards Lay-buys but I think you need to hire a graphic/web designer to improve your brand identity and the user interface as it looks a bit dated. Fixing this will build confidence in those who wish to use your payment option and give shop owners a better hook when selling your payment option to customers.
Besides that, this app deserves more attention as it is a great concept and shops would benefit from using it.

Not to mention, the team at LAY-BUY are exceptional, especially Warrin. We always get a quick response and they are more than willing to assist with installs, questions and possible new features. We have tried the other Shopify Apps that provide this same service and LAY-BUY is the best one yet!
This app has been a great way of introducing our customers to an alternative buying method. Some better integration would improve usability but it definitely does the job very well for us. At no cost to the merchant, it is a great tool for increased sales.
I have been really happy with this app. Sales have increased with me not having to do anything it is so easy and Warrin is sups helpful. He always replies within minutes!
This is a great app. Easy to set up and works well. I contacted them with a question about a transaction and received a response within half an hour.

Loving this app and because I offer good old fashioned Laybuy it has upped my sales conversions. It is the number 1 payment option used by my customers. So easy for me and my customers to use.
I've had this app for a month or so now and I'm finding it very helpful for my customers who want to pay off in instalments over a period of time. It works well and I think that I've had more customers since I've had this app. I did have a little problem over the weekend but it was down to the customers bank card. I got in touch with Warrin, explaining what was happening and he was really helpful. It may take a little while to get a response but please be patient as this guy is in OZ and time difference means he's probably asleep while here in the UK, I'm just starting my day. But fear not, he will get to you and your issues. I myself, found him polite and helpful. All issues are now dealt with and I'm more than happy to recommend the app.
Loving this app. I found it quite easy to set up and Warrin was extremely quick to respond when I had a question. Very easy for my customers to use. Five stars from me :)
Update: The issue has been solved. The problem was that the client had a wrong credit card linked to his PayPal account so from the side of PayPal there was not founds to create two months plan. I'm still waiting for the answer from PayPal to see what they have to say. I installed the app again in my shop.
Issue: The app is not registering the orders in Shopify and also in PayPal, my client got fully charged for the entire order instead of 50/50. I installed as in your guides but I got the first transaction today and complain from the client so I just don't want to use it.
