We've been very happy with this app. It helps reduce customer service workload by allowing customers to make changes to their orders themselves. The setup was simple, the features are practical, and the support has been excellent. A valuable tool for any growing Shopify store.
Excellent app and fantastic support team. This app addresses a real need by enabling customers to modify their order without any need for us to intervene manually. Things run smooth as expected, and the developer himself is really responsive and cooperative. It is obvious that great effort went into developing this app.
Solves post-purchase order editing properly
Really useful for giving customers a window to make changes after checkout without needing to contact support. The upsell targeting is a nice bonus on top. Clean setup, does what it says. Great app.
