I had some issues when first getting set up, so I used the chat option to get some help and Sherwin came to my rescue and saved the day! He was able to get my errors resolved quickly and was easy to work with. Knowing support like that is available makes all the difference.

This is a great app to connect quickbooks. We had some issues with items not syncing and opened a chat with Vincent who corrected the problem on his side. We want to see some improvement in the app itself for syncing multiple locations. Right now everything is pulled in together. Overall its fantastic and saves us time. Most importantly, the support is good.

Took a while to get this to work in the way my business needs it to. But the tech support on this is money! They're great, knowledgeable and prompt. The last person that helped me is Sherwin.
