I downloaded the app this evening and had some troubles getting used to it. I contacted support, which got back to me within a minute! (it's 8pm my time.) I was connected with Troy who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

The app works really well! Every time I have questions I use the chat and they have helped me immediately. Dean did a great job today.

Dean helped me with a very unusual request, I absolutly love him for it! this app intregration with quickbooks was seamless! LOVE IT
