Best QB integration available! Support is also excellent, responsive and helpful! I asked a TON of questions, and Dean was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.
My one complaint is that orders sync over at full price with discounts applied to a separate account in QB. I would love to have it sync at the discounted price (for each product) so that I can monitor gross margin by product in QB (showing the net price that the product sells for).

We used the App to connect Shopify to QuickBooks Online in Canada, the service rep Rafael was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He was responsive and clear in all his answers, good job!

Had a small sync error. Contacted chat and had it fixed in a few mins. Benielle was amazing and efficient; knew exactly what to do.

Clarisse helped out tremendously getting it to work. Had 2 shopify stores and needed to sync both of them to QBO.

Dean and Sherwin were very helpful with setting up the integration. Both provided helpful articles and Dean was especially patient as he walked me through some things I was unfamiliar with. I don't have a lot of knowledge in accounting and my bookkeeper had some very specific requests to ensure everything came through properly. With the aid from these two agents, we got everything set up in no time and everything seems to be importing smoothly!

Great customer service - help was fast and thorough. Rom's help was fantastic! I wasn't able to sync bundles was the only downfall.
