This app connects my store to my accounting perfectly. App works seamlessly and the customer service is over-the-top amazing. In particular, working with Paul on chat support made getting my questions answered super easy.

The technical service is agile and very efficient. Then they work on the solution of the problems.

Troy and Rafael are two very nice and very capable boys.

We had an issue with or sales from shopify pulling through to Quickbooks and after a couple of failed attempts i finally was connected to Ben who knew exactly what the issue was and resolved straight away he's been an absolute godsend. I just want to say thank you so so much

Troy is a Rockstar! He's gone above and beyond his support duties. Helped to sync our store from 8 months ago. Spent time making sure we have all sales show up in QuickBooks, all fees show up in QuickBooks, and also explained how we need to edit our SKU's in order to avoid future errors! Troy deserves a huge raise! I will forever be grateful for his support! I'm considering hiring him myself! Employees like this only come around once in a lifetime! We will forever be using QuickBooks and the Shopify app for QuickBooks, thanks to Troy!
