I love the customer support. Karol was extremely helpful and professional. She fixed all what I had issues with in a few minutes.

We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Erwin, the chat advisor was amazing and helped me with all my questions and even changed the relevant settings on our behalf! Now everything works absolutely perfectly! Thank you so much Erwin!

Great customer service from Sherwin! I had an error trying to sync my products and he noticed and directly chatted with me asking if I needed help. Solved my issue right away.

So far my experience was really good! I am helped by Ben throughout the whole integration process. He is patient, he explains things clearly, showed very good knowledge/understanding of the two systems (QBO & Shopify), and also good understanding of the accounting side of things, which was impressive. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

I really like how this app allows you to sync with QuickBooks Online. It's fairly easy to install and connect. I spoke with the customer support rep, Vincent, who provided excellent help in ensuing my accounts are synced properly. I'd recommend this app
