Great support team! ROM assisted me! Everything was done incredibly fast and efficient! As well as answered all of my doubts with the software!

There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat today, and I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by Lori who really understands the product. She helped me about a problem we were having with PayPal, she identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier.

Rominick is the best. He helped me a lot guiding me through the App and setting up the Custom Transaction Number.

Great app - really saves me time on my accounting. I had a few issues and Rom helped me right away.

Easy to use and I have really enjoyed the customer service experience with the developers of this app. Karol really saved the day by walking me through some troubleshooting and helping me by merging items which saved me hours of time manually entering some older items that weren't syncing. She was super sweet and understood my needs right away. I do wish the connector would allow for discounts to be populated as product/service items to break down discounts for reporting purposes.

I had an issue with the sync and had to contact support. SHERWIN dealt with the issue quick and also explained me what to do. Best and friendlies support ever.

This app makes syncing Shopify sales into QBO effortless. Highly recommend. Needed support on a minor issue and SHERWIN helped in the online chat. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
