Customer Service was fantastic! The Product is not intuitive by nature, however, Customer Service Support was responsive to my issue. App works as advertised. I am the business owner, and not an accountant. I reached out to support and Rominick was very helpful and patient. He spent about 40 minutes with me in chat answering 3 very involved questions. He also stepped me through how to change settings and extended the sync date with Shopify back 10 weeks to pull in more orders. Highly recommend!
