QuickBooks Online Global

Spent some time with Ben assisting me today. He was helped to get us up and running again after a a period of down time. Ben was very courteous and professional, he made my day!

I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

I thank Ronnie for his help, from whom I received quick and professional help in the future. I would gladly recommend it to other customers. I am very satisfied!
