I received awesome support today from Sherwin using their Chat tool. He helped us find a solution to an inefficient process that had been plaguing our systems for a while, and with his help we are now much more efficient and accurate!

I encountered issues with the sync between Shopify and Quickbooks. The online chat support proved to be incredibly helpful, and Ben efficiently resolved my problem by providing quick and effective solutions.

So far so good. Online chat with Marck helped with all the loose ends with the set up. Really looking forward to this saving a ton of data entry.

The customer service reps who help out are AMAZING! I have worked with Ben many times and he is EXTRAORDINARY! They fix any problems, that are MOSTLY made by "ourselves" because we are not clear how the whole thing works. THEN, when they fix a broken element for you they TEACH you what it is you did wrong by the EXAMPLE! LOVE IT. They are FAST! Thanks so much for all your SUPER FAST help! I have worked with Sherwan, Marck, Rafael and Vincent and they are ALL Super AWESOME! Thanks again! YOU GUYS are why I use OneSaas! Today Paul helped me out with a big problem that I self created. Super helpful! Hazel was great & quick with response times:) We made the switch from our woo-commerce link to shopify & Hazel was able to accommodate this quickly & efficiently.
