QuickBooks Online Global

We use this app to sync our shopify orders with our quickbooks account. I recently changed over our bank account and ROM was great in helping me with this process.

If you guys are looking for a company that will help you along the process with customer service that is top notch, you've found them here! Sherwin, one of there support agents, helped me tremendously for over an hour fix a number of problems I was struggling with for weeks.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.

This app has really eliminated a lot of manual entry for us. There have been a few hiccups with mapping to our products, that was a combination of our QBO data and the app. But we have been extremely pleased by the customer service/tech responses. Dean recently was able to quickly resolve an issue that should keep us on track moving forward.

ROM was the person in charge to make our experience with QBO excellent. Until we get in touch with customer service many doubts arises using the import tool. Rom handle everything very professionally and quickly solves our sync problems. Excellent support!

We have been using this app for 2 years and it has a learning curve that needs to be applied but with folks like David and Rapheal you can sit back and watch the problems resolve themselves. David helped me before my regular work hours so I am not sure their work hours but they are always there to help. The support is only chat but honestly it leaves my other resources free to do other tasks at the same time! This saves time and money! I always feel comfortable when David jumps on the chat. I know the problem is solved after a few quick answers and on with the next tasks! Keep up the good work David and Rapheal! I am sure there are others on the ready to help but this is my experience.

Sync issues resolved in minutes. Lori is the best! Her knowledge of the program is excellent and offered some great suggestions for the future.

I used this app to sync with Shopify. Rominick was friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem very quickly!!

I asked questions about quick books and Ronnie was very helpful, I was a little confused and Ronnie cleared everything up for me! Thanks again Ronnie!!

Paul was amazing!!, What a help in connecting my QBO and Shopify account. My report had 7 different issues that needed to be corrected and Paul helped with them all and quickly. Also had tones of patients with me and encouraging words that I really appreciated.
