I had a very complicated issue with my connection between QB and Shopify. I worked with Dean through One Saas and he was AMAZING! It took a long time to troubleshoot the issue(s) but he was very thorough and easy to understand while communicating through chat. I'm so pleased with his professionalism and patience in helping me.

When ever we have a problem we have been able to get it fixed very fast by contacting the onesaas staff they are all very friendly and always get back to us in a timely manner

I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay! Once set up correctly, this app works great! We were having syncing issues for custom products/items (we didn't have a setting turned on correctly), and Rom helped us out! They were super quick in diagnosing our problem and fixing it. Overall their chat feature to get in contact with their service team is helpful and very convenient.

Just signed up on the app. Had some syncing difficulties but Hazel was really good walking me through and helping me to get it working properly.
