Really helped me isolate orders and import into QBO. Big thanks to my man Rom for help with integration.
I had an issue with the Shopify fees not coming over to QBO. I started a chat with Karol and she literally took care of it in less than two minutes!! All other developers need to take note of how support should work! I'll definitely continue to use this app and recommend it to my clients!!! Thanks again, Karol!!! :-)

Not only is this a great app when integrating QBO, the support I received from Troy was outstanding. He helped me with all aspects and was able to fix the little glitches that come with integrating. Beyond helpful, patient and nice. I had another issue today, and Hazel and Marck were of great help today as well.

I worked with Rominick to address an issue with historical data. I was worried it wouldn't work but he was a big help and helped me get my sync up to date!.
I spoke with Paul today to help me fix a problem. Within five minutes it was solved. Saved me tons of work. I can not express my joy enough. Costumer service rocks!!
