The OneSaas App is a lifesaver. What QuickBooks Online is not equipped to do on its own, OneSaas makes up for. Paul helped me through getting my orders to sync from Shopify to QuickBooks Online today. Paul was patient, thorough, and a great communicator, providing clear instructions. I love the customer support. Karol was extremely helpful and professional. She fixed all what I had issues with in a few minutes.

We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Erwin, the chat advisor was amazing and helped me with all my questions and even changed the relevant settings on our behalf! Now everything works absolutely perfectly! Thank you so much Erwin!

I contacted support about a "6000" problem and Sherwin was able to quickly fix this and get our orders transferred.

So far my experience was really good! I am helped by Ben throughout the whole integration process. He is patient, he explains things clearly, showed very good knowledge/understanding of the two systems (QBO & Shopify), and also good understanding of the accounting side of things, which was impressive.
