Paul was really helpful, knowledgeable of the subject, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was asking questions to ensure that I will get what I am expecting to. I was lost and he helped me with the setup of the Shopify Connector. Thanks for your help once again!

The live tech support service was fantastic and allowed me to continuing working into the evening as I started my chat at about 8pm in the evening. David, the tech support that answered the chat bubble, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the changes needed along with screenshots. He was able to quickly help me resolve an issue with the configuration, clear the outstanding sync issues being experienced, and show me how to fix it myself in the future - all in less than 15 minutes. Kuddos to your customer service, David!

On October 23, 2023, we got very a quick reply and great service for fixing the incorrect settings from Sherwin. Very helpful. Thank you.

On November 25, 2024, Lori helped us with Shopify Connector and she guided us throughout the whole process. We have had many changes and deficiencies in the past year and with her help, we literally eliminated all the deficiencies and we are now running 100% again. Thank you so much, Lori!

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how intuitive this app is. It's so easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also wanted to mention that I had a question about how to use the app, and I contacted support. David was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with this app and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I've found OneSaas to work great to get my Shopify store to communicate with QBO and vice versa. Way better than the last application I was using with my Wordpress site. I had to close every invoice manually with that one and constantly do manual adjustments in QBO. Any problems or issues that have come up with OneSaas have been addressed promptly. The customer service is stellar with quick responses and fixes. I highly recommend. Most recently Karol helped and she was great. Rafael, Vincent and Johnny have helped in the past and also been great.

The app does what it's suppose to do. It takes a moment to set everything up. Both Karol and Rafael on the live chat were very helpful. The only annoying thing is that it cannot sync transactions more than a few months old.
