OneSaas support chats are awesome. I'm connected with a support specialist within minutes (at most) and they are always helpful. Sherwin resolved our problem in short order just today.

Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.

I haven't used the app yet, as I am a new user, so this feedback is more about the setup process and Sherwin (who assisted me through live chat). Selections were confusing and fairly technical IMO, however, Sherwin was very patient and helpful, as he explained and supported me through each requirement step-by-step. Very helpful indeed. Perhaps fields can be better described for non-professional accountant users.
