This app has been a great help to our wholesale website, and I have now added it for our retail site, with which, today, I was was ably assisted by Rafael, who was very patient, answered all my questions and resolved my issues. I do have one suggestion: please consider adding phone to your help options, especially with some screen sharing capability. It would save lots of time for all of us. Especially for those of us not thoroughly familiar with all the terminology, and hands-on visual and visible approach would go a long way.

Wow !!!! this is CUSTOMER service. I have so many questions to understand well the QBO connector and Ben at customer service answered at every questions. He knew exactly my problem was and was a really good help for me and our customer to reach the accounting goal we want with the connection beetween QBO and Shopify. I really recommand their customer service. Thank a lot Ben you really help us.

We had a problem with updation of stock levels from QBO to Shopify. This was taken up in a swift manner by David and his team and was quickly resolved within 24 hours. Excellent support!

This app has worked well for me. I've had a couple issues, but their support is fast and thorough. Dean solved a major problem with duplicate invoice numbers, so I'm once again on track.

Paul gave us amazing tech support this morning, fixing our sync issues with Shopify, due to some errors we had made in product coding. Ronnie was awesome at helping me figure out how to get my Shopify/Quickbooks integration started. He sent me instructions for how to do a CSV export/import for all of my old sales prior to enabling the automation workflows.
