Rom has been an excellent customer service provider. I was able to get everything imported and sync my stores to QBO. Really great service, very friendly and helpful :)

I would recommend it---the customer service is great- I have been helped by many via the chat. Today I worked with Dean for a very long time and he was patient and fixed every issue as far as I can tell!

David was fantastic in helping me after I deleted some transactions. Thank you for all your help resyncing my cash receipts. The app works very well to sync Quickbooks online to Shopify. The only thing I would recommend is Sales Tax options. We pay our local sales tax, but Shopify takes care of the others.
