I have had some issues with syncing but every time I have contacted support they have fixed the issues and been more than helpful!

This app is outstanding - it has saved me hours of time each month on accounting. And the customer service is top notch. I had a sync error today due to a change I made on the QB side and Sherwin was able to get things working again in just a few short minutes, all well being incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places that talking to customer support is actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this app.

I used this app to import my transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks and I ran into a problem getting all of the transactions to sync from a specific date. However, I started a chat through the app and the customer support rep named Rominick was able to sync my request in a timely manner and stayed on the chat with me until all of my transactions successfully transferred.
