Vincent made this issue a walk in the aprk! I have two stores, with slightly different issues, I had Vincent as my customer support. At first I was skeptical if any customer service would give you a solid solution but this is probably the first time someone actually understood my issue and solved it for both stores. Check my issue in the review before this. Thank you Vincent, you deserve reviews from both stores, especially since the issues were actually a somewhat different!

I use this app to sync orders from my store to QBO. It syncs smoothly and is flexible enough to fit many applications. Customer support used once and Rom was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had.

We have had some technical difficulties and reached out to Rafael // Customer Champion // OneSaas he has and continues to be a huge help! We are so thankful for his patience, willingness to help, and expertise! It makes all the difference.

I tried some transactions before opening the shop and immediately encountered problems but DEAN from QuickBooks support service helped me step by step to solve the problems that were displayed.

The app works well enough for what we need. There are some bulk updating features that would be nice to have but not a huge deal. When I have used the chat feature to get some help they have always been very helpful. Vincent worked with me for a long time to fix my mapping and product issues. The app is all setup but it is good to know that if I need help they will have someone there to help me with all of my questions.

ROM was amazing! Helped with my sync issue to make sure my inventory on Quickbooks matched my Shopify. He deserves a bonus or a raise.

Rafael was great with helping me set up the integration. Now lets see how well the app works for the future xD

Sherwin really knows what he is doing, he solved my problems and did it in record time. He really came through for my company. Will definitely be messaging them if i run into any more problems, hopefully i get Sherwin again cuz that was awesome.
