Needed customer support regarding VAT and Karol was so helpful in resolving my issue and answering my many questions about the software integration.

App is good. Lacks a couple features that could really make it robust, but for a smaller business or if you're just getting started it's more than enough and will provide you everything you need. Customer service has also been great every time we've needed/reached out to them.

Sherwin was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions over two conversations during the day. I will be reaching out to Sherwin again the next question I have!

Vincent, the customer service rep was BEYOND excellent in setting up my QuickBooks Connector so that my Shopify accounts would sync into my Quickbooks.
