Thanks David from customer support. i was looking for functionality to integrate two shopify ecommerce store (under one account from shopify) to be connected via QB connector in one single account. MR. David has went with me step by step with photoshoots from my account with patience and professionalism till i confirmed i am satisfied with outcome. that make me more satisfied with exceptional customer support that QB not only the distinguished features and ease to use they have.

The product can be complicated to set up, the guide assumes you know accounting really well so you may want to get your accountant to help you set it up. I just wish they had the option to have screen sharing because that would saved us a TON of time sharing screenshots. It would be nice now that Intuit bought OneSass because there are times when having a QBO expert available would have made troubleshooting issues easier. If you run into problems with data imported you may need to get Transaction Pro app add-on because that's the only way you will be able to do bulk deletes of data that's imported. The support you get really depends on who answers your chat request, but usually, it's good. If you get DEAN then you have it made! He is amazing! Probably one of the best support people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks Dean!!!
