Recently, I had a pleasure to chat with Karol as I needed assistance with Sync between Shopify and QuickBooks. I was very impressed with her knowledge and fast response. We switched to using QBO from Quickbooks desktop so we could manage our inventory better. We used the Shopify by OneSaas app to integrate our sales and inventory. I was a little confused so I reached out for help and Ronnie was super helpful.

Fantastic app and awesome support. I had trouble mapping my data to quickbooks and Ronnie to the time (about 30 minutes) to walk me through everything and make sure I was all up and running.
