One of my orders would not sync with QBO because I did not add a name to the order, only an email address. Dean, fixed it for me within 2 minutes.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sherwin. Have helped me with my integration on ebay and sopify. taxes and vat issues. Very good customer suppor in the live chat. Much better than emial support. Not the easiest app to use but overall like quickbooks.

We are using this app to pull orders from shopify to QBO. Whenever I have issues I use the chat function. All the customer service reps are fantastic, but wanted to give a shout out to Paul today who helped solve a few issues and helped me better understand the flow of data. Thank you so much Paul.
