I had an issue with my shopify order number being a duplicate order number in QBO I first talked to Paul before I got disconnected. When I came back on I was talking to Troy. Both were very helpful and patient with me. Between them both I hope we got the issue resolved so it doesn't happen again. I wont know for sure until another order is placed online.

The connection between QBO and Shopify works well once it's set up right. Sherwin was able to fix connection issues very fast! Great support!
