Vincent was very patient and answered all of my questions. He helped me sync my customers, products, and payments. He also explained how QBC works and what I can look forward to as my shop grows. The app works as expected and the customer service is quick.
This app was pretty easy to set up, but what has really set it apart is the customer service. We were getting a bunch of errors, and I was able to chat with David on the site. Not only did I not have to wait to talk to someone, David fixed my problem in under 10mins and got all of my orders synched again. I highly recommend this if you're a Quickbooks and Shopify user.
Ben was very helpful in walking me through the integration of Shopify to our QBO. His expertise and patience made it a very smooth experience.

There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat twice, both times I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by people who really know what they are talking about and understand the product. Today I spoke to Ben about a problem we were having with PayPal, he identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier. *Update 5th October 2022
Just used the support chat again, David could not have been more helpful. He answered a question I had about multicurrency with clear instructions on how to change a setting in QuickBooks, then fixed a duplicate product we had managed to generate. Quick, clear and simple instructions. Really good.
