The app helped in updating our new QuickBooks software with sales going back 6 months. The customer service person I was lucky enough to speak to, BEN, was fantastic. I could sense his passion from the screen. He was really patient and even though the app said we could only sync back 30 days, he was kind enough to ensure we got all the data going back 6 months into the software. It saved me a lot of time and he was brilliant and remained online all through the process. I am very happy. If the product performs as well as the support service then i am confident i will have no issues.

Good support from David today to troubleshoot some type of transaction in chart of account once connection to Shopify . I will know soon enough if the problem is resolved, but it is good to have online chat available.

This app is a great benefit for capturing activity automatically, and saves a great deal of time! When I needed assistance with the integration set up, Sherwin was very helpful with providing guidance.

Sherwin took care of my issue right away without hesitation. I need to have an invoice resynced to QBO and Sherwin quickly gathered the info needed to resubmit the invoice.
