Connecting so many different apps on Shopify can sometimes be confusing and having that personalized customer service makes a world of difference in saving time and alleviates so much stress in trying to figure it all out alone. Had a few issues getting this Quickbooks connection set up mostly with how things work, but Dean answered all my questions and helped me get squared away!

This app and it's developers/team really know what it's like being a small business owner. Oftentimes answers and customer service that actually solves your problem is hard to find. I used this program to import shopify sales data. When I had an issue Hazel helped me get it resolved quickly. She understood exactly what I needed and helped me get past data imported as well. Faced an error in syncing data from Shopify to Quickbooks but their customer service was very helpful. Customer service ROM assist me to solved the problem easily and also give a few suggestions on the sync settings. Thank you again for your great service.
