App was good, I had some trouble setting up but Ben from customer support helped me a lot. They answered my questions and helped me with any sync issues I had previously.

Rom was very helpful and fixed my errors promptly, great service. This is the second time Rom has helped me with my problems always helpful and patient. He has sorted out my syncing with quickbooks online Shopify, mostly of these are my mistakes setting up the app in the first place.

Good app - but really the strength is in the customer support. It is separate to Shopify and Quickbooks - they are great... especially Ben who has been who has been patient, polite, knowledgable and saved me hours and hours of wasted work!!!

I was freaking out after noticing an order number issue with syncing and couldnt get the already failed items to sync no matter what i did. Troy told me exactly what settings to look at in shopify and QB, and then made sure everything went through on his end. I should have just gone to support instead of putzing around on google for an hour first!
