Just wanna give Ben a shout out for helping today with some synching errors. He was able to help in a flash . there support via chat is awesome ... and maybe every faster than a phone. Thank Ben and Team. Always a pleasure. Best Val.

Very fast problem solving by Clarisse. I had issue with integrating orders from Shopify to QuickBooks and Ben provided very fast solution.

I highly recommend reaching out to their tech support via the chat function. I was having an issue with how my orders were syncing to QBO, and Sherwin resolved the issue right away for me!! Thanks Sherwin :)

KAROL!!! She's amazing. I had been struggling so much and I asked her plenty of questions. She was very patient and has provided solutions to all my problems. She is the best! I was losing my mind and thought what i wanted to achieve was not possible but Karol proved me wrong.

Was having some trouble with Integrating with Shopify and Sherwin was an amazing help. Was fast to respond and got the issue fixed quickly.

Ap works well and syncs nicely. Had a great experience resolving syncing old sales that Ronnie solved in two minutes. Normally app help desks are a bit hit or miss, but this was on the money. Had a second issue, this time Rom helped just as well. Great service.
Second time around, Vincent helped. Sorted super quickly once again. Effortless.
