Great help from Ronnie, he directly understood my problem and fixed it within minutes.

Love the app, but the customer support is what seals the deal! Ronnie has been amazing as well as others over a few setup issues we've had. All solved now thanks to them!

Karol jumped on chat with me and literally did all the work I have been dreading doing that had been prevented me from getting quick books months ago. She went above and beyond and literally set up my whole back end to make sure I was syncing everything correct. If I knew it would've been this easy, I would've done it from the beginning. Karol is a rockstar! she saved me so much time, effort, and confusion the whole nine yards and then some!

This app has the best customer service of any app I have worked with. This has saved an incredible amount of time and even more important it has reduced human errors in transferring invoices. I have worked with many of the customer service reps and they have all been amazing, but the most recent was Karol and wow she made things so easy to understand and helped iron some things out. Without a doubt this app is great for what it does. Take the free trial and work with the customer service to get it set up properly!

I signed up for training on how to use the program and upon completion, could run the program easily. If I did encounter any challenges, the support was always available and very reliable. I would definitely recommend Quickbooks to anyone looking for a robust accounting system!
