Ben did a great job in trying to help me with my inquiries. Unfortunately, we were not able to get it resolved, but it was first class customer service.
App is working great, needed a bit of help getting it started, but support was fast to respond and Ronnie was very helpful.
By far the best thing about this is the customer support. I've probably asked over 100 questions over the past 30 days, and the instant responses on chat and email are what make the difference. Looked at other QBO syncs, literally still waiting for responses and now over 14 days. Shout out to Ronnie this time for his support.
Johnny from OneSaas is fantastic when you need a hand sorting things out with the configuration. I use OneSaas to connect to my fulfilment warehouse, and the only limitations at the moment have more to do with Shopify than OneSaas (i.e. being able to filter orders by location). Otherwise very happy with the app and the service provided by the OneSaas team.
ROM, was great helped sort our issue. We had problem with our product sync and he sorted it out very professionally
