I just got some great support from Ben in a chat who was able to clear up an issue with our shopify integration with Quickbooks. Very happy with the service I'm getting with this integration system.

We were having duplicate invoice number issues, Sherwin was able to help get our QBO able to sync quickly and was very helpful.

I received an e-mail saying something was wrong with my connection. I logged in and noticed quite a few transactions hadn't synced, despite being paid.

I jumped on chat and within just a few minutes Karol sorted the whole thing out!
