The app works well...it was a bit confusing getting everything mapped properly at first, but the support is great and now it saves us tons of time each month. My support rep Paul is amazing and really helpful. He solved all my problems.

I had an issue with recurring error messages related to importing orders from Shopify to QB Online. Opened the support chat and Ben was there immediately. He solved the issue right away. Terrific service!

I use this app to send my sales and payment info from Shopify to Quickbooks Online. I was having problems syncing certain invoices and Troy was able to fix the issues in literally less than 3 minutes, as well as explain why I was having the problems. He invited me to contact them any time I run into a snag, and I felt totally taken care of. Thank you Troy!
