I'm new to the app however so far it appears to be very efficient and is functioning as advertised. Recently I encountered an issue more related to my learning curve and was fortunate to have Clarissa's assistance in resolving the issue.

This app has been great, but an app is only as good as the support staff running it. I had an invoice issue that I was doubtful could be resolved - but Paul was able to work with me for a solid hour resolving my issue.

Great customer service from Sherwin. New to the product for which I have high expectations. But customer service is above average
