Just started to use this app, so far so good. Vincent from Onesaas was very helpful when I had a syncing error. Would highly recommend.

Great app to work with to handle my hustle in managing my account as i need to focus on strategies rather than spending time on managing accounts. so QB had reduce that work load and gave my extra hours.
I had some issue in integration, and this was not a problem as Rom was there, a super intelligent and supportive who handle my issue and guide my properly and also had helped my more which i asked for as its saves my hours in coming integration problem.

Sherwin was very helpful in helping me update the settings in my Shopify app and help me understand how to use Quickbooks. He helped me with other aspects of the app as well.

I had issues with syncing between Shopify and QBO and Sherwin from connector jumped on to help. He was so fast and so helpful. He solved all my issues and he even educated me on a few points to do with connector and QBO. Once finished he gave me some links to QBO for me to learn more. Great help!

I've been using Quickbooks for years very successfully. Now I have a Shopify store this sync facility is such a time saver!

I did have one minor issue with the setup, but the chat window opened, saw I was having a problem, and all was resolved with the help of the agent, Rom, in less than two minutes.

Karol was a big help today! She helped resolve a quickbooks connector issue (missing data in Shopify blocked orders from being added to QBO). Fast and efficient, thank you Karol!
