My previous feed broke and I installed this. It is quite comprehensive and needs to be set up carefully. I got an immediate response from the chat and Karol helped me through what I needed. She stayed patiently with me until all the issues were resolved, adjusting and resyncing until we were happy. This is a great app and it has saved me tons of time adding my Shopify transactions to Quickbooks Online. The customer service from Hazel was amazing and she is very knowledgeable about the connection between One Saas and QBO. This is a very cool app! Definitely a must for all shop owners.

We switched after have problems with other apps. The interface has been great but it would be helpful to have more detailed information for setting up. However, when I connected for help Sherwin was great at pinpointing the issue and making sure the fix was successful.
