Had the hardest time trying to sync data from my Shopify account to Quickbooks. Paul messaged asking if I needed help and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and answered all my questions. The customer service is top notch! A++

app is hard to use at first lots of settings which you need to look into.. 4 star for the app but 5 stars for Clarisse who massively helped me setting up the accounts and making sure they were correct.

I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.
