I had an issue with QuickBooks Online showing duplicate deposits in my reports, and I was confused as to why, so I contacted OneSaas' Customer Support through their online chat support platform. I got to speak to Ronnie, who was very quick in resolving things and explaining things to me! I don't think I have ever had to have such short contact with Customer Support before to get things resolved, so this was a great surprise! Thank you again Ronnie, and thank you for being so nice and professional!

Had a little snag when we made some product edits in QB. Got on a support chat with Rom and they fixed it in under 5 min. Back up and running super quick. I couldn't be happier with the customer service when things go wrong.

Vincent was very helpful in finding and fixing my problems. This is a newer app for us but so far has been easy to use!

I'm still getting things set up with Quickbooks so I don't have a lot of feedback on that, however, the connector app is working great. I'm reviewing today to give kudos to Customer Support. I set up a chat this morning and spoke with Ben who was quick and efficient at helping me with an issue.

Rom assisted really well and resolved the problem really fast. There was a syncing issue which got resolved within 5 minutes of me facing the problem.
