I have found the customer service to be amazing with this app. David helped me fix a few issues I was having with integration. Makes managing the business way easier when you don't have to sweat the small stuff. Today Rom helped me solve another issue with invoices between shopify and quickbooks he was great!

Ben was very nice and knowledgable. Good service and good help. Too bad that there is no French employee to help, but fortunately I can speak a bit of English.

Works exactly as needed and when I needed assistance SHERWIN was extremely helpful in getting my requests actioned promptly.

App supports lots of different configuration settings, from very basic, to more advanced accounting. The setup was straight-forward, however I did hit some upfront configuration/sync errors. QB Connector support proactively reached out to me to help resolve the issues and get the sync working. In only a matter of minutes, Sherwin was able to correct my errors and provide guidance around the connector's features as well as best practices. I strongly recommend hitting the little chat icon when setting up the connector for the first time if you are confused about any of the options.
