ROM has been flipping awesome! Honestly this app had me so confused, as I have a slight fear of my accounting software anyway...and Rom has sorted everything out so so so quickly and easily! The support for this app is second to none. Fast, friendly, and well explained. Thank you!

Update: David was also super helpful. QuickBooks is super useful and the connector works well. I would recommend it to anyone. Lori was very helpful.

We thought we messed up our Quickbooks by syncing invoices instead of receipts but Sherwin in Customer Service helped us fix this issue.

Not being very tech savvy I got in the chat and Karol immediately helped me link my quickbooks to shopify and then offered to help synchronise it all

We are still in the beginning stages of syncing our Shopify accounts to our QBO account. We have worked with several OneSaas representatives and they have all been very helpful & patient with us in this process. Their response time is great when you have an issue or question. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Was a good app for integrations between MYOB and Shopify. Now with Intuits takeover of OneSaas and their decision to try and remove integration options with their opposition MYOB, they are dropping MYOB support in July. They are refusing to provide support or assistance with changing over to another platform. Frustrating!
