Great support from this team! Ronnie has been fantastic since we first started with OneSaas a few years back on a different platform (Woo). They fixed my sync problem with Shopify while I was asleep. I sent one email, and it was all sorted. Thanks also to Rafael, who responded to my emails, and looked into our setup. Rom is also a legend that is super helpful! Love OneSaas!

I have used this app to connect Shopify to my QuickBooks online account with it. This is my first time using it and all went well so far! Support is great and helped me immediately and well with the few small errors I had made.
Thank you to Dean in Chat support for his patience and guidance. He was great.
Definitely would recommend this app!

I was overwhelmed by the complexity of beginning my journey with not only QB but also how to integrate and the customer service associate Rom was absolutely outstanding. So patient and understanding, explaining everything to me in detail and going through each and every step to help. Even providing screenshots to show exactly what I needed. I am so happy it is now all working thanks to Rom and their amazing customer service. This has elevated this app to 5 stars

Karol was extremely helpful identifying and fixing our synch issues. Sales and inventory are now tracking properly. Vincent helped fix an even larger synch issue with older data and was able to identify a way to improve future synchs for greater accuracy. Great insight!
