Help was immediate and solved the issue! Thank you! I would totally recommend using this app as long as you use it correctly. :)

My previous feed broke and I installed this. It is quite comprehensive and needs to be set up carefully. I got an immediate response from the chat and Karol helped me through what I needed. She stayed patiently with me until all the issues were resolved, adjusting and resyncing until we were happy. Sherwin was super helpful!! Immediately knew the resolution to all my queries & with seconds had the changes implemented. First class customer service. I wish I had went straight to the Chat instead of trying to figure it out on my own.

This is a great app and it has saved me tons of time adding my Shopify transactions to Quickbooks Online. The customer service from Hazel was amazing and she is very knowledgeable about the connection between One Saas and QBO. This is a very cool app! Definitely a must for all shop owners.
