I had some problems connecting my shopify to my QBO and Paul from customer services was quick and very helpful !! The chat customer service is awesome, quick and effective!!
An other day I still had some problems with the synchronization and Dean was super helpful and quick!! Thanks!

The app has been great so far. when I ran into trouble using the app, Ronnie went above and beyond, solved my problem, and explained where I got it wrong. She was incredibly patient with me. Awesome app. fantastic customer service

This review is specifically for Sherwin the customer service associated who helped me via chat. I could not believe how quickly and easily he resolved my problem. I had been trying to fix it forever and he was able to help be resolve the issue in under 5 minutes. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I will now be sure to use the chat function again when I need assistance knowing there are great people like him ready to help.
