I have been using the QBO App. for the past two years, and with the bookkeeping team and lots of customer support, I have gained the knowledge to do my business myself and without extra employees now that I've downsized my business. Today Ben gave me the extra assistance I needed to fix an issue within the QBO Connector. Nick has been really helpful in helping with the integration between shopify and quickbooks. It hasnt been an easy integration, and i have been through 2 other customer champions, but Nick was the most helpful of the lot! He took the initiative to reach out and rectify the problem. It could have taken weeks, but Nick did it in one sitting! I am truly appreciative, as a small business owner, accounting may not come naturally to us and Nick made the concepts easy through his explanation!
