Contacted OneSaas support for a very strange problem where non-inventory items were converting to services in QBO somehow. I received prompt service on chat, and the developers looked into it promptly. The problem was resolved by OneSaas and it wasn't even their App that was causing the problem. Great follow-up & knowledgeable support. Thanks to Johnny, and Troy, and the Development team who looked into this...Great Job!

Very helpful staff! They'll talk you through any issues you that may arise. Paul is absolutely AWESOME and helped me in a variety of ways when I needed it most. I would definitely recommend this app!

I had quite a few issues trying to get things to sync because of how the chart of accounts was set up. I got on chat and Rom answered almost straight away, stayed with me for over half an hour and got everything working. Honestly great service! And now it's much easier for me to record the fees with the shopify payouts and make sure everything is done correctly.

It has bugs at times, but customer service is great. Hazel has helped me several times and has been detailed and attentive.

Je démarre sur QUICKBOOKS, ça semble vraiment top. L'installation et les intégrations peuvent sembler complexes et elles le sont il ne faut pas se mentir, mais l'encadrement, les aides multiples proposées par les équipes QBO, en ligne, via CHAT, Webinar, vidéos YouTube, et bien sûr au téléphone sont excellentes. Je recommande particulièrement les appels directs (top échange ce matin avec Angélique de QBO), et le CHAT super top avec SHERWIN qui m'a bien aidé a corriger mes erreurs de synchro avec Shopify :) Merci beaucoup @SHERWIN !

Rom and Sherwin were both very helpful in fixing my sync issue with QB online! I was getting some errors and things were resolved quickly.
