Customer Service was fantastic! The Product is not intuitive by nature, however, Customer Service Support was responsive to my issue. The Support Representative, Ben, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very dedicated to resolving my Connector issues. Ronnie was a great help in understanding how I managed payouts from Shopify to Quickbooks. Very knowledgeable.

App works as advertised. I am the business owner, and not an accountant. I reached out to support and Rominick was very helpful and patient. He spent about 40 minutes with me in chat answering 3 very involved questions. He also stepped me through how to change settings and extended the sync date with Shopify back 10 weeks to pull in more orders. Highly recommend!

Rafael helped me fix my problem right away. Fantastic service. I've just started using the app - so far it seems to be working very well. Much better than shopfiy to quickbooks integrations I've tried in the past. Rominick was also very helpful! He was quick and courteous and solved my issue promptly.

I was terrified of the idea of spending hours on a chat and not get anywhere with my problem. Sherwin was AMAZING !! in 10 minutes the problem was resolved without 1000 of useless questions you always get in these chats.
