Vincent was awesome!! I could not have set up the connection without his help.. He walked me through it and was suer patient.. I have confidence in my QB / Shopify connection and knowing i can reconcile correctly.. :-)

I was testing the system and needed help resyncing and Rom was great.

However, the app is a bit useless as it does not sync product info from Shopify to QBO. Need it to transfer inventory level and cost to QBO.

Ronnie was wonderful help. He was able to answer my query about synchronisation onto QBO. He was extremely efficient and helpful. This gives me a peace of mind using the app for my business and definitely have alleviated a lot of the stress with the data input. Thank you Ronnie!

Lori from support helped me. She was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed. Answered all my questions. We shall see how the product works. Vincent, continued where Lori left. Again, support was superb.
I do not think you can be synch ready without their help

Troy in customer service was super helpful in setting this up which I really appreciate. So far the APP and Integration are working great, getting more than I expected, definitely recommend.

I am still navigating how to use this app to work best for my needs. Sherwin from customer service was a huge help in explaining how the system works and helping me understand how to sync and what data can transfer between the two applications. It's not very intuitive on it's own, so I was super thankful for all of Sherwin's insights!

The customer support from QuickBooks Online International, especially Sherwin and David, has been outstanding. They were quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable, making it easy to navigate the Shopify integration. Their exceptional service adds tremendous value to the overall user experience. Highly recommend!
