Customer support is unbelievable! I chatted in to get some help (due to my own non-tech-savviness, not because the app is confusing.) Rom answered my chat request immediately, and was polite, professional, and patient with my silly questions. They literally had me sorted out within 60 seconds of typing my question. Really looking forward to using this app to streamline my business, and I know I'm in good hands and will be able to get any future support I need quickly! Thank you again Rom, you're a star!

Honestly, I wasn't too sure how to use this app when I first got started as I'm new to bookkeeping and accounting methods in general. Rest assured the Intuit/One Saas customer support team is super helpful. I spoke with Dean and he navigated me through setting everything up and clearing away any errors I came into contact with.

App works great. I had a few issues with orders not syncing, but the customer support chat is awesome. Ronnie was incredibly helpful and was able to get everything working in no time.

I needed to connect with OneSaas support on two occasions to get the sync process Shopify > QB right. The product works well without any issues once I set it up to my liking. I was in touch with two reps from OneSaas, Clarisse and Sherwin on two separate occasions. Their support was amazing; Fast in their response, knowledgable and provided the right advice. If there was anything left to be completed on my side after we disconnected from a chat they made sure to follow up with me via email to insure all is good and working correctly. Can highly recommend this product both for its quality and superb level of support.

App itself could be easier to use but their customer service is beyond exceptional and actually was what convinced me to stick with QBO instead of leaving for a different accounting software. Cheers to Paul and others who helped me through the set up process as well as fine tuning.
